Do they only run one course at a time. We're not done till the end of Nov so I highly doubt any of us would be course loaded for a Feb course. Should I expect a lot of OJT?  Heh, getting rid of Inertia is nice =D

That's kind of exciting. I've passed the name change on to the other 2 ANAVs I'm currently on BOTP with. Any idea when the next course would be? And if the course content would be updated/changed?

Training has been going good here aswell... except during situps my lower back starts to ache. I assume from a weaker core. Any tips? I can get to the minimum easily the first set, but she really starts to ache after that.

That was my impression as well, until I actually got back from the MPOAC. The recruiting center actually asked me if I wanted to pursue that, or try my 2nd choice, as I mentioned, was ANAV. I decided to go that route. Maybe I was lucky, or maybe they want you to go MPO, and MP as a last resort...

Atleast you got to go =D I was only qualified for ANAV and wrote the exam at my local CFRC. They then flew me up to DRDC Toronto and I whipped through the medical in about 2 hours =D Currently merit listed, hopefully I get my offer soon, I know the spots were limited.

I don't know if your certain situation will allow you to be an MP with the CF, but I know for fact those requirements are "loose". I went for MPO in December and was deemed "unqualified but may reapply", but also recommended for regular MP by the board in Borden. I chose to go the ANAV route...

Just a heads up regarding this topic. My CFRC Officer in Halifax (ANAV himself) told me that due to the Auroras not being upgraded, some ANAVs are being pulled right from training for EW.
