    Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

What "say" is it you think they should have that they don't? Modern corporate etc. is a major driver of the economy, period. Stratification is mainly a result of people with high-value skills getting what they can. The top 1% isn't the problem; the top 25% is. Yeah, that might happen. A lot...

Do you have any understanding at all of what corporations really do with respect to pooling investment and resources to undertake complex endeavours?

Ordinary people, then. Owners/shareholders, employees, and consumers. Corporations enable specialization; specialization promotes productivity; productivity promotes prosperity; prosperity promotes well-being.

Other way around. Couples started having fewer children (some childless), and had more money to spend bidding up the prices of other things, like housing. Relative to almost everything else, an hour's wage typically allows more consumption than at any point in prior human history.

Muslim Call to Prayer in Regina (split from Liberal Gov't 2025 - ???)

A thing about Christians like the Westboro Baptists is that they occur in such tiny, tiny numbers.

    Trump administration 2024-2028

Sure, calls for equal application of principles is deflection. So we've got a family making money with appearances of impropriety. Next thing you know there'll be blanket presidential pardons for family members. The Biden administration was a real gift to the Trump administration. Yeah...

Well, all you need is to rule out all the mundane Occam's Razor explanations and you might have a juicy theory. Go for it.

Those are questions that could be answered by an investigation, surely? Given the right conditions, a set of limit orders could generate a lot of trades. All you'd need are a "buy" and "sell" order close together and a jittery stock price ranging between the two.

    Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

Sure. Where will the line be drawn? Is it a discretionary power to be left in the hands of politicians, or of civil servants who might not be politically impartial?

. People in general should be allowed to lie as much as they please, including blurring the line between supposition and fact. People who work for companies and governments should be liable if they're lying about their employer and their employer's policies. They can probably already do that.

    Trump administration 2024-2028

Give it a rest. Nothing has been "proven" yet. Remember the Biden family? No-one could even get to "proven", because lack of "proof" was proposed by any number of fart-catchers as an excuse for not opening investigations. "Oh, you can't investigate them. You have no PROOF!" rhetoric was all...

    Pipelines, energy and natural resources

There's a refinery at the end of that pipeline.

    Trump administration 2024-2028

The appearance of impropriety is monumental and undeniable. A family or closely controlled enterprise/foundation dealing in large sums, and particularly one accepting large sums from foreigners, warrants investigation. (A long-recognized pathway for bribery.) Someone should investigate...

The net worth isn't debatable if it's right there in disclosures. The questions centre on who is managing it.

    Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

Self-serving indulgences tend to be causes. What appears to go before tend to be excuses. People are missing the point, then. Even without divine causes, humanity is not meant to thrive without substantial effort. Canadians are getting what they voted for, including generations born since 1980.

    Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

Sure. The fact it means they spend more on themselves right now has nothing to do with it. Despair is a sin.

I'm just spitballing. If financial nihilists are going to behave like incels, that's on them, irrespective of causes/excuses.

Who knows? What fraction of actual ballot stuffing do the people convicted of it represent?

    Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

Naw. I just want to know whether I should care about this plight facing young people. If the best that can be done is to decorate the landscape with data polluted by the prospects of teenagers, I just don't care. When people care enough about their causes to provide good data, I might care...

    Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

If we're going to bitch about unemployment among the young, it has to be a reasonably informed bitch. Mixing high school age students, post-secondary students, and adult non-students into one lump doesn't inform us as to the unemployment faced by each of those distinct groups. One is underage...
