The Int School (CFSMI) can only do two serials of QL5A at the moment.  That's 24 persons per serial.  The School has been tasked to double the production of QL5A for the next fiscal year.  Hopefully the School will be able to manage it.

A soldier who fails to pay his debts/bills (either late or not at all) becomes an administrative burden and could be released from the Military.

One of those recruiters will be a hard-core Army soldier.  He can probably tell you, step by step, what those trades are like.

CFAO 15-2 paragraph 36 states: "A member who requests voluntary release while undergoing recruit training will have the request granted no later than the completion of that training.  A reasonable period to allow for counselling and administration may precede release action."

If you were Trade Qualified, you would have been able to get Family Care Assistance for the little guy.  It'll have to wait until you're QL3 qualified. Talk to the recruiting centre about Separation Expense - you do have SOME proof of residence, right?
