They're really close.  A minute of arc is 3.6mm more than an inch deflection at 100m, so if you assume it is an inch you'll be off by just over half an inch at 400m.  That's not big enough to show in any grouping I've ever done.  :) Edit: Sloppy language on my part, somewhat improved now.
