For me I thought it would be most time effective to practice math and spatial problems.  Like I said it tells you how many questions are on each section and how long you have for each.  How you study is up to you.

What do you consider good? I got B's in English throughout high school and improved and got an A in grade 12.

Honestly I don't remember, I wrote it in September.  I couldn't tell you one word that was on it even if I wanted to.  I studied hard for the math part and I do remember making it through the English section without too much trouble, but really just looking forward to destroying the math part.

Traditionally the score for AEC on the CFAT was the highest standard.  ie if you qualify for AEC you qualify for every other trade.  There were/are also massive training failures (I have heard anywhere from 50-80%).  The testing at Trenton is meant to hopefully cut down the level of training...

As far as I know you will (hopefully) be given an offer that will be for one trade, and one university, (RMC or not) It is then yours to accept or decline. Feel free to correct me if I have it wrong.

Well this looks like the last update.  It really is just waiting now, passed the ACSO test on Thursday (it was Feb 23rd, not 22nd good thing I checked) so I am on the merit list for that as well.  Now all that's left is to keep working out and hope that everything goes well. Recruiting Center...

That's just what my MCC told me.  Maybe you can grad early, but you have to start with the first year indoc period?

No credits transfer to RMC is what I have been told.  Apparently I have the option to redo all my credits and start first year university at RMC, but I was advised against it. You can always ask you MCC.

For me, "suitable and competitive" referred to the trade.  I was suitable but not competitive for pilot and suitable and competitive for AEC. I was told separately when my MCC was looking at my file that I was unsuitable for RMC, because of the amount of university I have completed.

The board meets mid-march. I was just told that I wouldn't see an offer before mid-April, but I am going Civy-u only.  So I would be notified last.
