I've decided that I want to component transfer into infantry for sure. I'm going to be putting in the request for the transfer next Wednesday. What are some tips in how to help the process go through faster? (ex.  online vs paperwork) I'm aware that they would choose primary reservists...

I think I heard that the infantry is not but that is my first choice. If not infantry, I would like to transfer to field artillery soldier or armoured. I want to join the reg force asap. How long would it take til I get transferred and start training in my new trade?
