Mystaround, 11 CBRB stands for the 11th Canadian Base Reinforcement Battalion.  CBRBs were the reinforcement holding units in the active theatres.  In the case of the 11th it was in NW Europe and followed the First Canadian Army until VE Day. Hope this helps. Cheers, Dan.
