With so much video, the internet does its thing with frame by frame analysis. Then moves on to the next vid. I find the civil payouts of interest. But, that comes after the incident is no longer front page news.

These "am I to old" threads are always interesting. During Vietnam the draft age for American men was 18 to 26. Wonder what it would be if Canada had a draft?
