That is cool.  I knew that cells can easily pick up IR, but not this. 

I guarantee there will not be an RFA (request for assistance) going to DND as of time of this post.  Everything that is left to do can easily be handled by the city (eventually).  At it's worst period during the blackout no one was considering making the request to call the army in, and even EMO...

Also I hear int/humint/CIED/etc... guys would just love being tagged by name and specialty.  No PERSEC issues there  :facepalm:

Its also hard to loose a game of chicken when you are willing to collide with the other guy and still count it as a win.  Which is probably why it was an old Chinese landing ship which intercepted the American cruiser.

No it happened to someone else on course who kept sticking their fingers through their ears.  A pad lock was locked into place on her ear, and a chain ran from that to a bed post. End result achieved, lesson learned.  No more sticking fingers through their ears.

Also uncomfortable when someone pad locks you to your bed.
