I thought you were/ are a Snr NCO. Even a newly minted Sgt knows how STs and CMs are done and how a DI is started at the sub unit level, not by the RSM. If you are, get reading your mil law/ QR&Os/ NDA or ask your WO or MWO to teach you what you need to know. It's your DUTY to know the basics...
