I think the best advice anyone can give you is to talk with your recruiter. It does no good hearing advice from people on the internet who may or may not be qualified to give that advice and really do not know the whole story. Best of luck though!

I should have been more clear, I wonder why our laws have been written up in this way. Perhaps the system does work, we just do not hear much about the success stories.

The bold part is why people are on NLockhart, he has already made a decision before a proper investigation has been done. Even if it turns out to be a hoax the proper thing was done, it was investigated and no harm came to anyone. (Except for the prosecution of the hoaxer).

I think it is before the modifications as that is an exact measurement and the article states that they are going to have to lengthen the sub by "5-6 meters" which would make it hard to give an exact measurement. Wikipedia has given the same dimensions as this article but they do not...
