    Thanks Mike Yep, I did realise about the PR requirement. What I didn't want to do though was to embark on the whole process only to find out that it's either an excluded issue, or one that is highly likely to result in a failed application on its own. Billywhizz

    Hi guys Excuse the accent as I'm British/Irish :rage:, so I'll type slowly for ya! I don't seem to be able to find the answer the question ???: would a corneal graft 10+years ago exclude me from CA service.  Checked with CFRC but they can't answer it and point me off to the international...
