    According to a 2019 Naval News article (see below) the DSME 2000 does not have VLS installed. However, it does state that; "[f]eatures a flexible weapon launching system adapted « upon customer demand »." So its possible it could be installed, but it is a pretty small submarine...

    If I remember correctly, Canada offered to buy the F-14s from Iranians after the Iranian Revolution, but then PM Joe Clark did something and the deal fell through. Didn't France offer one of the Mirages as a candidate? Cannot remember which variant.

    Canada is not the only country SK is trying to sell the KS-III to. They have also proposed a variant(1) of the KS-III to the Philippines and possibly to Greece which is looking to purchase four subs. (1) No AIP or VLS.
