I've seen around 30 ADATS shots. Three, I believe were at ground targets. One missed (gunner didn't turn on the laser- training scar). I think it was mostly focused on AD. Given the size of the warhead it didn't matter it was shaped, it would throw enough frag to deal with aircraft.

That has to be one the most short sighted things I've ever heard. DRDC, especially Corporate, has it faults, but does manage to conduct soup to nuts research, from researching first principles to physically putting new equipment and techniques in the hands of operators. 300 million is peanuts.
