Nope, not even close. A nine-year-old girl using an Uzi is indefensible.  Wait until the kid is a bit older and more capable of safely handling it. To try and make it sound "normal" - which it is anything but - does nothing but prejudice the defence of responsible gun ownership rights and laws.

Appears to affect "same city" moves only i.e. you still get your final move to your IPR on release (if you qualify), but it can't be within the same city (however that will be defined).

Back when I was a Lt many years ago, you could go to QR&Os and/or CFAOs and find an answer to pretty much anything. Nowadays, "the regs" are a f****** disaster. Best of luck with your search, but if this is a recent change, it'll probably be years before CFAOs and/or DAODs are updated.
