Hello, I understand that NWOs can receive a pin after completion of qualifications at sea, and wear it as a specialist skill badge. Is there an equivalent of such pin for NCMs? Looking at our friends at the U.S. Navy, they have the Surface Warfare Insignia in both officer and enlisted versions.

Otherwise, what uniform is this? Also curious to see the flag patch and visible undershirt.
