When I was put on PRETC to wait for my MP QL3 I was told that nobody can leave on any taskings or OJT for at least 2 weeks to make sure that all your paperwork has caught up to you, such as pay and such.  And I was also told that you wont be placed on OJT unless there in more than 30 days before...

Hmmm didn't know there were any courses starting on the 24th of April.  Weird ???

I'm not an MP but hopefully one of these fine days I'll fit the bill.  I start my MP Reg force QL3 Jan 10th, So I'll be waiting here on PRETC  ::) till that fine day arrives.

Very good advice!  I wasn't told any of that before and my fiance and myself moved into a smaller cheaper apartment before i left for borden and everything that i couldn't fit into the new apartment i got the military to store.  Now everything that is at my fiance's apartment i will have to move...

I was just curious if they are obtainable.  I have collected coins from my old Air Defence unit and Arty unit.  So I guess I would say that I collect them for a stupid reason like sentiment.

I am curious if the MP branch has an official challenge coin, if so where can they be purchased?

I am going to Borden October 13th as a Cpl. to do three months on PAT Platoon.  Do they utilize Cpls on PAT platoon to assist in organization?

From my own experience, i went to Kingston the beginning of June and I received a call three weeks later letting me know i was accepted. And Basic for the other applicants on my MPAC started the end of Aug.  Now this is obviously not the same for everyone, this was my experience only.  Good luck ;)

I'm headed to Borden in October for MP QL3 and was curious about what the rooms are like.  2 or 4 or more to a room? Is internet and phones available in rooms? Does anyone have any pictures of their room set up for inspection? Thank you in advance for the help.

I am to report to Borden on October 13th and I will be on PAT platoon until January 15th when I start my QL3 Class 0044. I know the rest of the applicants that i went through the MPAC with are starting their BMQ on August 28th and they are done their BMQ beginning of November and are starting...
