VAC wait times

Vac wait times are so slow and the more questions I ask the more impatient my case manager gets! Wanna reach through the phone and strangle the ignorant piss ant! I was given 10% 2 years ago, reassessment was received April 2nd 2019 and they say there still working on claims from 2018. Like WTF...
