Greetings all I am currently an armoured reserve 2Lt and am thinking about a CT to the Regs.  With this in mind what am I getting myself into?  I am not too green so I expect that a reg force armoured Lt would finish phase 4 and get posted to a unit.  But what is life/work like at the unit...
