Those are the gloves.  I'd like to get my hands on a couple pairs.

That's the issue...I'm not in the forces.  My father was in the air force...my brother used to be in the army.  So I have no access to the goods. If anyone could help I'd be grateful. 

Years ago I was up in Cold Lake Alberta and bought some men's black leather gloves - wool lined.  Excellent quality. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy 2 - 3 pairs ....I really loved those gloves.  Basic leather glove with a wool lining.  I'm willing to pay a fair price and all...

Yes.  I am pretty sure these are std. issue gloves...not flying gloves.  But the leather was strong - not calve leather soft.  It's a thicker leather, short wristed glove, with a wool lining.  See the photo below of the original glove and the type of lining.
