I got a call from an officer, saying I can write my test on Monday at 8 o'clock .  But he didn't specify where.  Do I go to the main recruiting office in Toronto (i live in Pickering).  Or should i call them to make sure. (Its for aptitude test)

George he was not a war criminal. He was found not guilty on his crimes against humanity, he was found guilty on crimes against peace. Also im 18, and you just don't want to bite cause you a leftist, and you cant take somebody defending a patriot of his country.

In his defence he never commited any crimes against humanity. Also I think Britain should of agreed to the peace. It would of save alot of lives.

I watched a documentry in class today on this man.  I was shocked at how he was imprisoned for trying to find peace. Whats your guys take on him?

I cant decide on whether I want to be an officer or a NCM. But I recently discovered that its possible to join as a NCM and rise the ranks to an officer. I just was wondering is this a good way to do it? Would I gain good experience this way? Would they send me to the RMC to train as an officer...

I know they were allies in the World wars but how can you go from hating eachother for 100's of years to becoming allies so fast.

When did these two countries become allies. For centuries they were enemies, and rivals. Today they are good allies. I can't figure how they went from haters to lovers. If someone could explain this to me i would be appreciative.

Thanks for the welcome The one I'm referring to is the one writtin by Field Marshal Erich Von Manstein. I'm pretty sure its his memoirs of his service in WW2

Has anyone read this book, because im thinking of buying it, and would like a bit of feedback on if its worth the read.
