As long as you haven't had an extended period out of Canada, you should be fine. Extended period is more than 3 continuous months in a calendar year if I remember correctly...
Actually, if you could see where Tamar is in relation to Central, it's like a few blocks away...as a matter of fact, across the street...and I think PLA stationed in HK cannot leave the base even when off duty...they are allowed like 1 or 2 days prior to posting out to sightsee, but other wise...
True. The only thing is I coldn't figure out the pension adjustment...but it only relates to how much RRSP room I get for the year and no impact on refunds.
Thanks for all the help. What I meant by that is if he's still in cadets, he should face possible consequences; since he's out and not in Reg Force, the point is moot as it's probably been over 6 months since he had the photos done so S.419(b) can't be applied.
I'm really wondering if this guy will be joining the CF thru ROTP or DEO as a pilot...I question his integrity as (if still possible) a future officer. I hope the CFRC catches this and disqualifies him or defers him...
Quick note for admin:

Be advised that MPO has an extra step in selection, the MPOAC.

So here is the story...I was told by my WOR in Winnipeg that I'm prohibited posted to Borden, I'm allowed 4 days and 3 nights to do so. I was allowed 4 days of meals and incidentals, my hotels, reasonable expenses, and mileage on my PMV...I was told to be there NLT 2000 hrs the day prior to the...
