It seems like their very behind I got called for Feb 23 BMQ yesterday. My advice to your brother is if he could reach to his RC and get in contact maybe he could get a bit of a heads up when he may start BMQ.

I swear in Friday in Toronto and fly out Saturday. I find out all the travel arrangements at my swearing in. 

Ya I was kind of expecting call but when they said I was going to leave in 2 days i was kinda shocked, but it's also a kind of advantage no time to worry or over think just get ready and go.

No I start on the 23rd just got the call today so I'm kinda running around like a chicken with it's head cut of trying to get stuff sorted out.

Ya no track pants I have never been able to rock the Ricky from trailer park boys look, I am going to miss my brad thought.

See thats kinda comforting when it said casual I was like dang am I really going to have to buy three pairs of slacks im never going to wear again.  Now i just have to write my autobiography.

I also received the same email however I don't think that it means you not qualified I think it's just they have so many recruits for one position when there is not enough spots they don't see a reason to process them when they're not in demand when they can expedite the people who are applying...

Well I finally got an update from my CFRC regarding one of my emails which said they were waiting to get orders to continue processing my application, this wasn't what I was hoping for but as my only choice is infantry it was what I expected.

First I want to apologize if this has been asked before and it should be closed if it has. The CFRC in my area has started enforcing it's policy to no longer give status updates over the phone and when I went in person I got the same answer, I saw that the CF had a address in their contact...

I was never met/told how my file mangers how can I find out.

Are you going for Reg Force or Res. I went into CFRC Toronto on Monday to see I could get an update and they said they no longer do updates, I asked if this was a new policy they said no they just started enforcing it.

I also had this happen to me I called hoping to hear some  good news  and they said they no longer give updates. Having taken my CFAT 6 weeks ago they said to give a call every month or so to see if anything is updated and to so interest so I'm wondering how new this policy is.
