Keep in mind that when you want to certify anything for human transportation, the cost goes up dramatically because the reliability standards are much, much greater.

I am not really sure I understand the link between “non-US made fertilizer” and the cow incident.
An experienced company did not read the Product labels/MSDS sheets and then spilled product on the ground which it failed to properly clean up, seems to be the actual story.
I have spoken with the head of the CCG rotary wing program. They are not planning a bunch of change in the short term with how they operate off ships. In the longer term, they would like a bigger helicopter to operate off the new Polar Icebreakers, but are mindful that bigger/more complex eats...
Maybe Israel should be looking for some new real estate to set up shop…about a continent away from where they currently reside.
