I was watching Andrea Mitchell Reports on MSNBC this afternoon. Michael Steele, the former chair of the RNC was a guest and he said that people have been talking about Trump every day since 2016. Kind of ironic in that he owes his job on the network co-hosting "The Weekend" on MSNBC to Trump. If...
Here is the second count of the Bragg indictment, all 34 are all similar with changes to dates and voucher numbers. High lighted in yellow it says there was intent to commit another crime and conceal it. For the life of me I can't find this "other crime" in the indictment. Is this usual practice...
Her specific words she looks at Trump Tower every day. I figure it's important to her to take it. You know how it is, rational thought and anything Trump just don't go together, revenge is good enough.
Well AG James, you might find yourself with an administrative nightmare. First there would have to be court action to seize Trump Tower. If it passes muster of the Excessive Fines Clause of the Eight Amendment of the US Constitution then she may be able to seize it. But something else in the mix...

NY...
"C'Mon Man" You know this thread is a bad version of Pee Wee Herman's " I know what you are but what am I". I'm sure some here will work their fingers to the bone furiously typing into the Google machine to find point and counter point, "Bigly".
Another thing while I'm at it, People who profess...

San Francisco voters approved 3 new measures on Tuesday. In the Politico article it says the city pivoted rightward. What? I thought those measures sounded common sense. With this and the recent recall of DA Chesa Boudin I think people there might want a bit of common sense.

I post this article for informational purposes to keep up with the current court actions. I see it as a court correcting an action of a lower court.
