It seems that in my trade 75 % wants to get out in the first 5 years .maybe 30 %do it a year... is it the same in the army ? Or other trade.its hard to stay motivated when everybody tell you they are trying to get out ... or how its better outside the military .

Thanks Loch sloy. I will look into that book. I already went to psp and got a copy og the new fitness manual . It has a lot to do with working out and injury prevention. Not much about mental and psychological stuff.but that manual is great for working out and get ready for selection.
