The CF Mental Health Awareness Campaign theme is “Be the Difference,” communicating the idea that all CF personnel, regardless of rank, can help combat mental health stigma and support colleagues in need. The purpose of the CF Mental Health Awareness Campaign is to reinforce the importance of social support in the workplace, to convey that we can all make a difference for someone affected and that we all have a duty to care for one another.
