Gentlemen of the List,
I had the chance to find Major Milton Shulman=92s book "La d=E9faite
allemande =E0 l=92ouest" Payot, Paris, 1948. It seems Maj. Shulman
took part to the Special Interrogation Report concerning Gl.-Lt. F. Heim
Fortress CO in Aug. 44 of Boulogne-sur-Mer, France as he mentioned in
his sources the same date, Dec. 45, as the one closing the SIR I have a
copy of this SIR via the UK PRO. This book is prefaced by Maj.-Gen. Sir
Ian Jacob. There one learns Maj. Shulman was member of the Canadian Army
Intelligence Headquarters. By the way Maj. Shulman=92s writing is
pleasantly cynical from time to time=85 I like this !
I=92d like to know a little bit more about Maj. Shulman: has anyone of
you a suggestion or a lead to start an investigation ? Many thanks in
anticipation.
All the best and Season=92s Greetings to all,
Robert
