I've told by my local recruiting office that the only way to apply now is online using a government account
However, after searching for a long while, I couldn't find anything that clearly explains how to make such an account
Can anyone help?
During the application process, you will come across a page that says to sign in with a partner address or a GCkey. That is where you register for an account.
