Advice on RMCSP

I'm 18 years old currently live in Newmarket ON and I just recently decided that I want to join the military to get my wings.
I finished high school with a 65% average (M, U course and a few C courses), and now I am enrolled in Seneca College for Police Foundations (2 year program) have a GPA of 3.25. I understand in order to become a pilot in the CF you need to have a university degree or go for ROTP at RMC.

I know that my marks are not acceptable for entry in RMC, but I am very determined that I can achieve the highest marks possible.
I was thinking of a prep year at RMCSP ? Any advice please ?

Additional info:
- I have a good character
- Volunteer at my local church and other community functions
- Tutor
- Soccer coach
- Have G license
- Have PPL (Private pilot license)

I assume you meant RMCSJ.

Generally, civilians who enter into the CF as pilots enroll either as DEO (Direct Entry Officers- people who have gone to school on their own dime and earned a degree) or through the ROTP (either at RMC or at a civilian university).  In order to qualify for DEO, you will need to get a degree on your own and then apply and compete.  In order to get accepted into the ROTP, you will need to compete with other applicants for those spots.  This means you need to meet the academic minimums (refer to RMC's website to see what they are) as well as beat out other applicants for the spots.  A lot of people want to become pilots, so you have to beat a lot of people.

In order to get good info on how to get into a prep year at RMCSJ, you will need to go to a CF recruiting center or contact them.  It is probably too late to get in for this upcoming year (if I recall correctly, the ROTP application deadlines are usually sometime in January, and earlier is better for pilot applicants so you can get CAPSS done in time to be considered) but if you're thinking about going in for future years, now is the time to start looking at it and getting your information together.

No matter which path you go down, you will be competing with other applicants for the spots.  I applied with an 80.0% average out of high school and was told I was low on the academic side of the competition.  Fortunately, I had many extracurriculars, and a lot of leadership/work experience and got in.  If you want to compete, make yourself competitive.  Try and take adult or online high school courses and increase your marks.  If you're serious about this career path, show it by making yourself more competitive.

Also say I do bad on my CFAT but I score high on everything else, will I still be considered ?

We don't know and even if we did, we couldn't tell you.  Not to mention, knowing what score you need is not going to help you on the test.

No, you must qualify on the CFAT for the trade you're applying for.
