It would benifit if he ended up a KIA battle casualty, with 100% DNA identification, then discretly disposed of, with no known grave.

If he is taken alive, he becomes a liability, and then what, imprisoned in Pakistan or worse Afghanistan and then escape?

I say he should taste some made in USA shrapnel, or ball rds, up close and personal.
