Application Sent for Rotp - Response Time

Sorry but I have to give a little back story. I currently live in America and am going to an American university, but I don't think I can afford it  much longer. In fact I'm going to possibly be evicted in a month. I sent in my application to ROTP yesterday, and was wondering how long it will take for me to receive a reply. I'm afraid if I don't know soon I'll have to join as a regular, but even then that may take a great deal of time,which I lack. So my main question is what is the absolute fastest way to join the CAF considering I've already sent my ROTP application in.
