I apologize if this is the wrong thread. I tried using the search tool.

I have recently learned that I am under a criminal investigation. I learned this after I declared that I am not under an investigation nor do I have any obligations with the Canadian legal system.

What happens if I am charged with a (civilian) crime during training or when I am a member of the reserves?

Thank you in advance.

On occasion, an applicant to the CAF may be in the process of completing obligations to the judicial system, such as probation, and firearms or driving prohibitions.  As the CAF cannot interfere with the judicial system, an applicant who is completing obligations or under a judicial process (e.g., an outstanding arrest warrant, charges awaiting disposition, witness, or appealing a court decision) is ineligible for enrolment until the judicial obligation has expired or has been lifted.
