Bullet resistant plates

While looking at this chart does any body know ,what level our bullet resistant plates is ?

Im sure there is- its not neccessary though. Odds are it'll hit on an angle( when it come to your head) and deflect

Does this mean you could get hit with a 7.62 mm and survive?

You could get hit by 7.62 mm without any plates and survive.  But yes, the plates can stop 7.62s.
