Christian-Muslim friction emerging as leading worry for Canadians: poll

Overview: Some analysts believe differences between Christian-Muslim cultures will overshadow the English-French problems in the future...

By the 2001 census: "Seven out of every 10 Canadians identify themselves as either Roman Catholic or Protestant",  it's even higher if you include other Christian categories included in the Census. Look at this table Population by religion, by province and territory (2001 Census) and it's 22.8 million out of a total population of 29.6 million or 77%. Muslims are shown as 2% of the population. I think the survey shows more a general pessimism in regards to Muslims by Canadians in general than any specific religion vs religion problems.
