Civy source for Wet Weather Boots?

I have been reading the Wet Weather Boots postings with great interest. According to the Clothe the Soldier site, the contract went to HH Brown of Richmond Que...so my question is ...

Is there a civy equivalent to the Wet Weather Boot and who would be the source for these boots.

At one point you could have purchased the prospector boot in civy world. That is were clothe the soldier got from. It was a commercial off the shelf boot. Problem is the company that made them HH Brown has gone belly up, from according to people who know better than myself, for bidding to low on the manufacture of the boots. You can probably find a few kicking around surplus stores, some new, some not. A comparable alternative is the Danner Acadia boot.

Danner‘s are good but can get pricey.

Last month I picked up a pair of wet weather boots, brand name Ridge (there are several versions such as zippered sides, steel toe and water proof), from a local Toronto store. So far they seem quite good and I‘m wearing them every day in this weather.

The corcoran / matter horn (by h.h. brown) 10" waterproof boot  is basically the WWB with different speed lace and sole, the issue WWB is by the H.H.Brown Prospector brand.

only real difference is the padding towards the opening of the boot and the type of vibram sole.

(I thought Danner was also owned by the H.H. Shoe Co.) ?

I heard through the grapevine that HH Brown is up and running again don't know how much truth is in the info. It came from a guy in supply.
