CT - Delay in Reporting Date

I have received my CT Msg from PRes to Reg F, same trade, same rank, MOS qualified. I will be requesting a delay of reporting date to my new unit in order to do my IRP move.  Does anyone know who I would belong to during this period between my CT date and my COS/RFD date?

Any delay in Reporting Date has to be approved by the "Gaining Unit" CO.
