Is Officer trades are saturated for this year?
I mean I don't see any officer trades showing in demand or signing bonus,
What are some of the DEO trades possibly available this year?

An occupation doesn't need to be "in demand" in order to hire. Most officer occupations have available positions on the Strategic Intake Plan (SIP), meaning they have vacant positions to hire for, with a few notable exceptions (Pilot, Logistics). How competitive it is to be selected for a trade is simple a matter of how many positions are available compared to the number of applicants, and how one compares to those they're competing against.

That said, certain specialist officer trades, such as Medical Officer (which also has a significant recruitment allowance), are not particularly competitive because there tends to be few applicants.

Perhaps you should first determine what occupations, if any, you are interested in pursuing a career in, then speaking with recruiting staff to determine how competitive you may be for them.

P.S. - I recommend proofreading before you post. If you want to join as an officer, you'll be expected to know how to write.

Hi

Regarding my writing style, you are entirely correct, and I am sorry not being more serious.

Having stated that, I was searching for CELE NCSE and signals.

Since I keep hearing from a variety of sources that there aren't many openings for officer roles, I was casually enquiring about this with Regards it’s competition and the number of openings each year and I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on the above mentioned trades.

Regards

If you want to know what your chances are of being selected for any of those occupations, you'd have to submit an application and submit the new scored employment form (SEAF). After that, a Military Career Counsellor (MCC) should be able to give you some idea of how likely you are to be selected in any of the trades, if you are found eligible (medical fitness, reliability status, etc.).

I haven't worked in recruiting for a few years but Signals and NCS Eng were chronically undermanned, particularly as they required certain STEM degrees (those with BAs need not apply). If you have a computer science or computer eng degree, then you likely have good chances of being selected for any of these trades (again, recruiting staff can give you better info, no point getting speculation from strangers online).

If recruiting staff suggest you are competitive for all 3 trades, then it may be in your best interest to limit your selection to just one occupation to ensure that's the one you get. While CELE and Sigs officers may fill some of the same roles in Ottawa, much of the postings in their careers will normally be within the Air Force or Army, respectively, so it may be worthwhile looking at where those bases are located... ex. would you rather live in Edmonton or Cold Lake, Gagetown or Gander, Petawawa or Trenton, etc. NCS Eng is quite a bit different than the other two (plus Navy postings = Halifax or Victoria) but they still maintain comms equipment, along with weapons systems. Certain responsibilities such as network management may be handled by NWOs, however (I know NWOs who've specialized in Info Management and attended the CAF Network Ops Course alongside Sigs and CELE officers).

Thank you so much sir, that was a good insight you gave.
I have one last question and I don’t know if you can answer it, my question is about NCS life style as in like how often they go and spent time in the sea?

Regards

Sorry, can't help you there as I've never been in the navy.
