Destination?

I have looked a little around but I have not found an answer to a question I have had for a long time. Where do you get sent for BMQ if your from Saskatchewan? I mean Shilo is to the east, then the bases in Alberta are just to my west. Does anyone know?

Are you going Regs, or reserves...what trade....what unit....these are all factors....used the search function...look up BMQ, basic BRT....

Or, go to the CF recruiting site, look up your trade description...You can find the information

Oh sorry for being stupid and leaving this open to being the what if he is going to this etc. I plan on joining the Infantry in the Reg. force.

no worries.

and unless you're going officer, you don't really need to speak French. At the Mega, you're pretty much Isolated from the rest of St-Jean. And when you do end up getting some leave and going into Montreal, you'd be surprised how much English there is...

but learning French, at least being able to understand some of it, can be beneficial for a career in the Forces.
