I don't know if this is the right place to ask this...but on my website I have an SMF forums and was wondering who made the theme for this one and if they could make me one.

I made the SMF theme here, but it's taken so long for me to "get it right" that I'd be remiss if I offered it as a legitimate service to anyone.

I found a decent one...do you know how to install it?

It should go in the Themes directory under your SMF installation, and then appear in the configuration if it's set up right. I copied the existing default theme and modified it for Army.ca so I took a slightly different route.
