My only saving grace is that I live in rougher part of Halifax, with some folks who live by their own creed. While they don't bother me, I married into the extended local royalty, they have taken notice of him.

As I said before, either the system has to step in and take care of this, or Fairview will. I have warned the police and the city.

He used to have a brother, niece and parents who would come around every so often. They don't anymore... I don't know how they can abandon him here...

We used to institutionalize these people against their will for the good of the rest of us. Everyone knows he's fucked up but there are no places to stick these people.
