Petawawa. we get cases every summer and fall from people who don't properly cleanse their water or after swallowing mouthfuls of water during camping, canoing, or whitewater trips.
We used to have a real problem around Calgary and Kananaskis/Banff - the stuff was practically in the wells of some folks. Small problem too - it's quite chlorine resistant, so you have to have a very fine water filter to get rid of the little creepy crawlies.
