I am reaching out to seek your advice regarding my current situation. I have successfully completed my medical examination; however, I have been informed that, due to a backlog, the Aerospace Engineering course is currently unavailable, and I need to select alternative courses or occupations.
While I have looked into potential job openings, it seems that the following Engineer Officer positions are currently available:
Although I have researched their websites and various online resources, I feel I need more comprehensive information about these positions.
Additionally, I am interested in NCM roles such as FSA, Material Tech, or Human Resources.
I am finding it challenging to choose between pursuing an NCM role or an officer position. My ultimate goal is to become an aerospace engineer, and I am considering whether beginning with an NCM role could eventually lead to an application for the Aerospace Engineering position. Is this a feasible path?
Any insights you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
