Gunfighter Program

Is this training open to officers? I'm also curious as to whether this is an actual course, or just a method of training. I googled "gunfighter program" but all I found was an exit survey for junior curling.

The "Gunfighter" program was put together by I believe an officer and some NCOs in the PPCLI,it is a CQB shooting program,which covers the fumdamentals of close range,fast and accurate shooting. It is simply a package availible for soldiers to hone their skills. It does not carry a qualification and is based on the techniques taught from a variety of units,schools and institutions including the Uraban Operations Instructor course.
