IR in Kingston

Quick question regarding IR in Kingston.

I know that in a number of places those on IR live on the economy. IE furnished apartment or suite.

What about in Kingston where there are plenty of shacks available? Are members on IR in k-town stuffed in the shacks eating at the mess, or are they downtown?

I am looking for Kingston specifically.  Anyone know the rate for rats and quarters for IR members?

IIRC, there is no room in Quarters for pers on IR. I do know that some are in the apartments on Ypres and in that area. I'll take a look when I get back to work on Monday and confirm this or not.
