From the cbc's account of last night's match between the Leafs and the Rangers:
Toronto fell to 4-2-3 on the season while the Rangers ended a recent streak that had seen them lose five of six games and now stand even with a 4-4 record.
OK, the Rangers lost five of six game, and now have a record of 4 wins and 4 losses?

LOL.  I do have too much time on my hands, but I did go to the site to check the score, as I missed last night's game.

Now I'm really concerned - a Leafs fan?

I'd have thought the CFAT would filter out undesirable traits like that ...

Ah, you Leafsocentrist phreak (j/k).  Perhaps I'm a Rangers fan?

NOT!

GO LEAFS GO!

I don't understand....why would you cheer for a "dead leaf"?

Von Garvin:

I reserve my cheers for teams that have won the Stanley Cup in my lifetime.

In the immortal words of the late Mayor Drapeau, "The Stanley Cup Parade will follow the usual route"

Perhaps this might cause on to reconsider ones allegiances to the Leafs...... p.s. I didn't name the picture.....

Hey, he's an EX leaf, and if you note the thread wishing yours truly a Happy Birthday, you'll note that I was indeed alive last time they won the cup
;D

Hmmmm, note to self: find photo of "Typical Leafs Fan".....

And on another note, you've undoubtedly seen that the Flyers have canned Hitchcok as coach and Clark has resigned as GM.....

Thanks for that!

Habs forever
*shudder*
My dilemma as a kid.  As an english speaking Canadian, I was supposed to be a Leafs fan.  As a Roman Catholic, I was supposed to be a Habs fan.  In the end, I went for the Argos ;)

I don't know about that VG. I too was raised RC and our priest would pray for the Leafs in the Litany! Mind you that was the 80s and they needed all the help they could muster.

As for the original question, I think someone slipped up with the number crunching.

VG,

Did you happen to catch the back-to-back a$$-kicking's of Leaf Nation by the almighty Senators?  ;D ;D
