Joining the Army. What do shouldI expect?

I'm about to start a co-op program with my school to do my BMQ with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada (P.L.) in Hamilton Ontario and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. What should I expect and how can I prepare?? If there is anyone who has already done this can you tell me what it was like? thanks
