I was wondering if you had this guide in word format anywhere or do you know wher i can obtain a copy ? It's great read and in some instances, good reference material.

I'm sure I had a copy somewhere along the line, as I printed out a bunch of copies at my old unit, but I can't find it in any of the obvious places tonight. (Last I saw that file was about a decade ago... )

Ironically, I remember spending quite a while struggling with the format when I converted it from Word to HTML...

Just thinking that in the time it would take to track down a Word version, you could format the 2-3 pages yerself.  Try dumping it into Notepad first, which will strip all the Microshaft-specific formatting and convert to text.  Then cut and paste from Notepad.

That worked perfectly.  I can edit and reformat myself.  Thanks for your help guys.  I would still be interested in owning a copy, i don't know if the CF still publishes such a thing but i will keep looking.  thanks again.

When I arrived at IAP, I received, among other things, a booklet called "Guide pour Nouveaux Officiers," which, unfortunately, we had to hand back in at the end of the course. However, it is, language aside, almost exactly the same as the Junior Officer's Guide. That probably doesn't help you much, but it does answer the question of whether the CF still publishes it.
