This is required for legal/administrative reasons. At what point is one considered to be a member of the Canadian Army Reserves officially? If one was to require a letter stating he/she is/was a member of the army, what level would one have to reach past application? Is it when one takes part in the swearing in (oath), once one is given an offer, during BMQ, after completition of BMQ, or after completion of SQ? Please answer only if you have a sure answer.
