Uniforms are NOT repeat NOT costumes, and especially not medals and decorations.  Hallowe'en or not, uniforms are to be respected and worn with pride, not turned into a holiday gag.  Buy a black cape and Scythe and go as Death, or paint your face and be a zombie.  What do military uniforms have to do with Hallowe'en anyway?

Excellent Point Mr.Dorosh uniforms are to be respected and medals should be earned.
